At UrsaGlow Lighting Industries Private Limited, we are redefining the future of energy-efficient LED lighting. Established in January 2025 and headquartered in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, we specialize in cutting-edge LED solutions that not only minimize energy consumption but also elevate user experiences.
From design and assembly (CKD/SKD) to OEM collaborations and full-scale manufacturing, we bring innovation to every stage of the process. Our product range spans Smart LED Lighting, Decorative and Architectural Lighting, Human-Centric Lighting (HCL), and Advanced Energy-Efficient Solutions—each crafted to set new industry benchmarks.
At the helm of UrsaGlow is our Managing Director, Manas Kumar Jena, a visionary with 36 years of expertise in Research & Development (R&D) and Engineering. Under his leadership, we proudly champion the "Make in India" initiative, fostering robust local manufacturing capabilities and driving technological advancements in the lighting industry.
